Welcome to Mountain Stream Academy!

The primary goal of Mountain Stream Academy is to provide people with wellness practices that incorporate nature and help people reconnect with the natural world while simultaneously finding more peace and contentment in their lives.

To begin your journey, explore the outdoor mindfulness activities in the 10-day Mindfulness in Nature Challenge. You will be challenged to spend five or more minutes outdoors engaging in mindfulness exercises to deepen your experiences in nature. The activities in the challenge cover a broad range of topics including examining different aspects of nature, developing graditute, and exploring creativity.
